Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can, as long as the item has not been shipped. Back to Top

I canceled my order but I haven't received a credit yet. How long do credits take?
We submit all requests for credits within 24 hours of receipt; however, it may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle. Back to Top

Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don't want?
If, within 30 days, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace the item or provide a credit for the full merchandise amount less any shipping charges. The books must be in its original clean, sellable condition. Please call us or e-mail us before returning any item so that we can advise you of appropriate shipping instructions and give you an authorization number. This will insure that the return is handled rapidly and efficiently. Due to our suppliers' policies, videos and software are not returnable, so please select carefully. Whenever a product is damaged or defective, we will replace it immediately, no questions asked. The 30-day policy does NOT apply to damaged or defective products. Back to Top

Shipping FAQs

How long will it take to receive my order?
The standard shipping time for retail orders shipped via First Class "Priority Mail" is 2-4 days. Large orders to Schools, Bookstores, and Whosale outlets are shipped via UPS Ground, normally in 3-7 days. Back to Top

Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
Yes. Retail orders that are shipped via "Priority Mail" can be shipped to a P.O. Box. UPS shipping requires a Street address. Back to Top

Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes! When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, just replace your address with the address you want to ship your merchandise to, then continue. Remember to use a street address, not a Post Office Box, for UPS shipping. Back to Top

How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges are calculated by the number of books purchased. The shipping cost for one book via "Priority Mail" is $6.00. Each additional book cost an additional $1.00.

Most products shipped via UPS (because they offer package insurance and excellent tracking software) require higher shipping rates. Customers pay the actual UPS rate plus $2.00 for handling. Back to Top
